Oil Separator ; It is used in domestic and industrial (chemical) wastewater treatment plants. Oil separation systems, designed to retain insoluble oils in waste water, are produced specially, depending on the flow, sector of use and process.
Working Principle; Since the oils in the waste water are smaller than water in weight, the solid particles in the water settle on the specially designed lower part of the oil separator. The waste oils on the surface are transferred to the waste oil tank with the surface scraper in the system and removed from the system.
