WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PACKAGE TREATMENT

Waste water first reaches the "Screen Channel", where the grid structure with manual or automatic cleaning, which is manufactured in the range of 20 - 30 mm, is located. The solids in the waste water that cannot be dissolved in the water are kept on the grids and removed from the system manually or automatically.

Manual Gratings are generally manufactured as ST37 material and galvanized coating. Depending on the population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Grid" should be preferred. Mechanical grates are generally made of AISI304 Stainless steel. The mechanical screen works automatically and automatically transfers the solid materials to the waste bucket.

Wastewater, which is purified from solid materials by passing through the screen channel, reaches the "FRONT SETTLEMENT CHAMBER", suspended solids and settleable particles in the waste water are kept in the settling pool, Thus, the pollution load of the waste water decreases to a certain extent and allows the mechanical equipment in the whole system to operate smoothly.

Solid particles and sludge accumulating on the sedimentation pool floor should be removed from the system by pulling with the help of vacuum trucks in 4-6 month periods.

The water transferred from the upper level of the pre-settlement pool is collected in the "BALANCED POOL". The balancing pool, which is designed based on the project and flow, is used to provide the balance range and to store the water, as the name suggests. It is designed to transfer the waste water that may occur at any time of the day to the BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT REACTOR at a homogeneous and balanced flow rate with the help of a submersible pump.

Waste water taken from the balancing pool with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Wastewater Treatment System) tank, which is sized on the basis of project and flow. With the help of level sensors or floats in the tank, a certain level of wastewater is taken into the tank. With the blower, which is compact in the system, oxygen transfer is provided so that microorganisms can live and reproduce. Waste waters that have reached a certain amount of oxygen enrichment, blower becomes passive under PLC Automation control, Microorganisms in the waste water that is kept still for a certain period of time precipitate on the bottom of the tank, The DISCHARGE PUMP discharges the treated water to the discharge line or channel by sending a command. Possible bacterial escape and odor formation are prevented by DOSING CHLORINE on the discharge line.
